15 Minute Happy

We’ve joined forces this May and June with Professor Scrubbington’s to promote kids’ happiness and wellbeing.

For us, Small & Wild tea has always been about taking a precious few moments to unwind, reflect, get back to nature and enjoy the small things in life.  So, when Professor Scrubbington’s approached us to join them for a #15MinuteHappy campaign, we jumped at the chance.

We love the idea of getting our kids to escape the pressure and structures they increasingly face - including 24/7 technology. And we were saddened to hear that research shows that this loss of free play time is leading to an increase in stress and anxiety in our children.

In an effort to combat some of this stress and pressure, we will be releasing a series of fifteen 15 minutes ‘challenges’ over the next few weeks to give you and your children the chance to unplug, recharge and reconnect with mind, body and creativity.

We’ve got some super activities lined up, from cloud busting to creative writing and parkour to poetry… and of course a spot of tea mindfulness! We’ve enlisted the assistance of some special guests and experts too.

You can download our 15 Minute Happy checklist and make sure you’re following us on instagram for all the challenges and tips as they are released. Most importantly… have some fun and don't forget to tag #15minutehappy!
